RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties and responsibilities of the school nutrition food assistant are similar to those in the list below, but they may be increased, decreased, or otherwise modified.
- Performs all food & nutrition duties assigned by the cafeteria manager
- Practices procedures in food preparation, use & care of equipment, and personal habits to assure that sanitation & safety standards are met
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds unassisted
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
- Possible work hours vary by location (could be as early as 6 a.m. and as late as 4 p.m.)
- The total number of hours worked per day varies by location (minimum of 6 hours, maximum 7.5 hours)
